He was born in Evanston, Illinois and raised in Kansas City. Jeff truly likes to help people and he has the drive and talent to do that.
Jeff moved to Washington to help his father, but once he saw the mountains he decided never to return to the Great Plains. After working his way through the University of Washington receiving a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Political Science, Jeff attended the University of Puget Sound Law School, receiving his Juris Doctor degree in 1987.
Jeff is a resident of Gig Harbor, Washington with his wife Cheri and their three dogs – Sizzle, their Doberman Pinscher, Gina, their Pembroke Welsh Corgi, and Maria, their Whippet. They also live with their Abyssinian cat, Sydney.
Jeff has served as the President of the Doberman Pinscher Club of America (DPCA), First Vice President of the DPCA, Delegate to the American Kennel Club from the DPCA, Legislative Director, Corresponding Secretary and Board Member for the DPCA.
Jeff is currently Vice Chancellor of the the Olympia Diocese of the Episcopal Church of the United States.
